We operate using HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) which has been specifically designed for our business by HACCP solutions. We are registered with the HSE and fully licenced. All our staff are trained to a minimum level 3 in food safety. We aim the source the best meats around while not compromising on value for all our customers.
All of our beef is 100% Irish Heifer under 30 months old and is selected from the top 1% of the national herd.
